What server/region are you playing on? I got in the game and got an english patch but attacks are delayed by 0.4-0.5 seconds. Even though I have 4.5ms ping. I am Force Master

Yeah there is 2rf! In Neo skills are tied to gear, 1:09 in this video I equip an earing that actually gives me cyclone kick that procs after swift strike therefore enabling 2rf

oh no this skin is censored compared to the original one .. i hope they dont censor that much in Global release/EU

This is normal in the Chinese version of Blade and Soul they've had censored outfits since the Original launched in 2013, wouldn't worry about it in Na/Eu
