Wow, kabab looks so deliccious. Thank you for your clip. I have a question I would like to ask because i am very new to the culture. When you prepare these kind of meats, must it be Halal meats? Once again, thank you.

Sorry, what I meant is that if you have a friend from middle east, then you have to prepare the meat the Halal way, or buy Halal meat so he or she can consume it, right? Thank you.
@hashmiVlogs7
@hashmiVlogs7 5 жыл бұрын
@@Geoffreynguyen911 you should buy halal meat. Don't use lard as it is not halal. Muslims don't eat pig or its products

@@internationalcuisines goose lard/duck fat is fine but “lard” in west is 99% of time derived from pigs. Maybe duck fat is the correct terminology (assuming that’s what you used).

Stop making me hungry lol. Nah this is one of my favorite BBQ, I have to know, what's the cooking time and temperature for each of these kebabs, I've watched this so many times but mine keeps being too dry or under cooked. If you can give me some info it would be greatly appreciated. love from Australia😊

Quick question? On the Barg Kabob marinade I noticed you used "lard"? Also take into account Persians/Iranians are majority muslims with the 2nd largest Jewish population in the middle east 2nd to Israel. Muslims and Jews can't consume pork. Am I just being a deep hardcore analytical thinker or are you maybe just using tallow (cow) lard? Whenever the time is convenient please reply back. Thanks. From Nicaragua & Russia with Love. 🇳🇮 🇷🇺 ❤ 🇮🇷

saffron should be mixed with butter and added after cooking before serving,high heat of grill cause the reaction that after that cannot be digested and gives heartburn,you will never cook saffron with high heat or for long time,that is why when you make stew you always add it in the last 5 to 10 min of cooking on the low heat,and it work better if it is put in the water before using,rather than sprinkling dry in the marinade

you will get better result and use lot less if crush the saffron and mix with cold water to keep the aroma,most people use hot boiling water,to get faster result,but you lose a lot of aroma that way,basically you are wasting the saffron and get not much out of it,the way you are doing it
