Sorry, can I clarify, with the bag, you can then throw it in general waste at any rest stop? Or do you have to find a tip?

It's considered black waste, so will need to go to a black waste dump point. Usually easily located with a quick google. ~ Lauren

Where do people throw their used baby diapers? In regular trash bin, right? Well this is simply adult poop just like baby poop, so it can go to regular rubbish. Where do people throw their dogs poop bags, in regular rubbish correct? So baby poo, dog poo and adult poo can also go to d dumpster, in my opinion.

We bought ours when we bought a new house, downsized from 3 bathrooms to 1, with the same amount of people. We had planned on building a half bath, but found out it involved a jackhammer and a sh*tload of money, so we bought this. Of course, it’s not for everyone, but as a mother who has changed many a diaper, it’s really not gross at all. We dump the pee after each use. I chose the one you can use a bag in. We just use ordinary grocery store style plastic bags ( banned in our state, but we buy 1,000 for around $35 from Amazon. Hey, if they are good enough for kitty litter waste, we’re pretty much talking about the same thing here.) I used mine for the 1st time today, and maybe I held “ it” too long, but the divider separating #1 from #2 did not work out very well, leaving a lot of liquid in the solids bag. So if you just got to pee, leave the poop half closed, and if you need to do both , don’t wait until the last minute… My only doubt is this- if the men folk can’t seem to aim well with that whole big bowl of a regular toilet in front of them, how in the world are they going to not make a huge mess aiming into that little space? I think, that with a little practice from both genders, this will really fill a big need at a little price. But to be on the safe side, double bag it if you’re going to use it in a residential setting. You don’t want to gross out the neighborhood when one of those bags break😮.
