It may be a great thing for people who already have the joolz aer and don't want to upgrade. But for people like me who want to buy their first joolz aer, do u recommend getting the older model or the newer joolz aer+? I see that both the models have the same price of $449 in the U.S.

@@ShG2022 I would just get the new model. You get the lay flat option, slightly bigger basket, and a bigger canopy cover. I just didn’t want to upgrade at this point. You still have to buy accessories separately anyway.

The new one folds with the bumper bar (accessory to purchase at an additional cost). The original you had to remove and store the bar first.

Isn't the old and new chassis and this the fold the same? The new bumper bar can fold upwards, moving it out of the way when folding. If the width of both frames are the same, why wouldn't the new one work with the old?

in Poland, in some stores, it is at the same price as the older model and a rain cover is included. In one of the stores I also saw a cover for the legs, but I don't know if it's not a description error

It would be interested to see if the seat from Aer+ actually fits the standard Aer chassis. I am pretty sure that some parents that already have the old Aer might want to update, keep the Aer chassis and install the Aer+ new seat, that has more recline and a bigger canopy. Joolz says that they are not compatible, but I would take that with a grain of salt , they said before same thing about other items and consumers proved that they are wrong ( bee bumper bar example) . @stroller workshop, if you have them both, might be a really good video , especially that nobody has done it before, might bring thousands of views.

I’m having a hard time trying to decide between the Minu V2 and the Joolz Aer+. Which would you go with? Canopy size, quality especially for travel or everyday use, recline as close to flat as possible, comfort, and bassinet/NB compatibility are our most important factors. So torn between the 2.

Same same. All the stores around me sell the minu - but I'm not in love with its slightly less compact frame. I also found the fold up not as easy as pthers. Joolz seems like it could be the perfect in-between travel and ultra. Would love to see a direct head to head.

I have a Joolz Aer and the Joolz Aer+ Bumper bar and it works like a charm. Joolz says is not compatible but it seems to me that they say it to liquidate the existing stock of the old product

Yes, I was planning that as well, but the local Joolz dealer told me that the new seat is not fully compatible with the old frame. Not sure if this is true or not, so a test will clarify that. If you guys can do the swap test, it will be great.

Cant decide between this or the bugaboo butterfly! Help please!!

I would say the joolz aer is better. The bugaboo butterfly has many complains for the easy fold and unfolding system as it gets stuck sometimes and takes a while to unfold and also the seat sabric is not so good. I heard it gets worn out quite fast. I havent myself used the butterfly but i have the joolz aer and i love everything about it. Hope this helps.

There are a few models from other brands as well (Bugaboo Butterfly, Leclerc Influencer f. ex.), but you're right, Baby Jogger is definitely good at this. :)
