Looks like Joolz should send you a gym membership... just kidding! We had the same problem with ours but it will get easier in time. Don’t be too gentle when pulling the handle in... your not going to break it as they are built very well.

You're doing it wrong! Press in and hold both of the fold buttons and (while still holding) push/flick the handlebars forward. Presto, it folds really easily. There is a slight knack to it, but once you've done it once, it's the easiest stroller/pram on the market to fold.

Your "problem" is that you're not using much of your intelligence towards solving this "problem". För the last moment that required, as Donald Trump would say':"A tremendous amount of force", just stand behind the stroller, as when pushing it, but instead for holding the handle, grab the sides of the handle (the part you want to bend down as long down as your arms comfortably allow and push the handle in with your tummy. Done.

That’s the most stupid advice I heard in a very long time! Why the hell should It be necessary to wiggle with that shitty stroller like that in first place, ha??? It should dumb-proof - not vice versa!!! What a fucking stupid design flaw by Joolz - they should fucking burn in hell for this shitty overpriced stroller they produced!!!
