question - if i want to use CKEditor on Joomla front end in php files, do i first install it on admin side? there is another way to use it by uploading the folder ckeditor to the website, then access your div or textarea file via its id and use CKEDITOR.replace command. is that what i do?

While installing JCE I get the following error message. Can you advise? An error has occurred. 1146 Table 'joomla_tutorials.lwypx_updates' doesn't exist SQL=SHOW FULL COLUMNS FROM `lwypx_updates`

This is what i get from my system, We are sorry but due to technical reasons we have had to disable the Install from Web Service. We are working to get it back online as soon as possible. To find extensions please use the Joomla! Extensions Directory at extensions.joomla.org. ???
