Dear young ladies and men...Please realize that there are many more people out there like him. Often your gut instinct will tell you something is wrong but many people ignore it. When you suspect something is off with someone, run. I've been through a "relationship" with a psycho and initially, I felt negativity but I ignored it. My mother told me he was no good but I ignored her. I was lucky I wasn't killed but he threatened my life enough times and was physically and verbally abusive. Someone who was always jovial in public but evil behind closed doors. I got rid of him a long time ago but I still have nightmares. He took pleasure in making me miserable. He told lie after lie and never admitted to doing anything wrong. I think he actually believed he never did anything wrong. Sometimes I'm amazed that his behavior never got him killed but the thing is, they know who to prey on and who to leave alone. He was a coward with men. They pounce on you when you're at the most vulnerable points in your life and put on facades that could win Oscars. Beware.
@SchlichteToven5 жыл бұрын
I can't believe what the interviewer asks her at the end: "Do you ever wish that you had tried to stop his going down the wrong path?" Seriously??? What the heck could she have done to change who he is? Why would anyone think it was the responsibility of a girl who'd dated him for a few months when she was 16 to prevent him becoming a murderer? And "a wrong path" is a phrase you'd use for high school students who get into drugs and start to fail their classes, not for a sociopathic, unrepentant serial killer. Melody's answer is dragged out of her by the leading question, but if she actually believes it, she hasn't matured much. If she'd stayed with him, he would have killed her by now.

pure psychopath feeding material.... HE is the killer and SHE feels guilty about not giving him money. Psychopaths cannot feel guilt themselves, so whenever a friend or family tries to confront them to see if they show any guilt, they are comforted by the visible lack of guilt. Because they themselves would feel visibly guilty they think the person in front of them is not guilty as well. It's a form of psychological projection.
