People who shy away from buying mids are basically paying hundreds extra for their insecurities and they are really too conscious of what people think of them of not being trendy. Mids looks EXACTLY the same for a non sneaker head. The colourways stands out way more than the minor differences between a pair of high or mids. I say just cop the color you like, look good in them and save hundred of dollars and be confident wearing them. they are nice looking shoes.

I feel culture plays a big part in jordan 1 mids. For instance in the UK, so many people wear jordan 1 mids and 4s. You do get people with OGs but more often people with mids. I think that’s because in the UK fashion is different and lower cut shoes are more accepted than a high. Also I feel like people find them easier to wear

if you notice that the high and mid is just a branded title. the jordan 1 og highs have height discrepancies between each other. if you look at your collection. some are closer to the mid height than others and honestly imo i tend to like the og highs that were cut lower in my personal collection.

I typically wear the mids… great beater shoe and I still get great color ways. When I crowd goes one way, it’s smart to go the opposite way. My fav Jordan’s are 3’s and 4’s. 4’s are getting washed out by the constant releases though. Plus it seems like there’s a lot of 4 reps… not sure if it’s because it’s easier to fake or just because they’re so trendy. Anywho, I hope Travis doesn’t hype a 3 lol
