@@Josher_C. it has to be long bc every little thing made a difference. i’ll start by just laying out everything i did and then list every product i use to maintain this and keep improving. - first step for me was to get my diet and exercise in order, if ur in bad shape just really adhere to a good diet and workout program so u can move on to next step of your journey. i’d say this was most important for me as u don’t even know what u look like until ur lean, but after i started working out i: - got braces which also corrected my overbite, and i whitened my teeth after that. (u can get invisalign if u feel ur too old, but i’d recommend normal braces) - found a hairstyle that complimented my new face. google images is wonderful for this, for example i put something like “styles for thick wavy hair medium length” and found the one that looks the most universally attractive. the shampoo, conditioner, and products u use also matter a ton… if u need advice for any of this i’m here. - skincare routine. i had pretty bad skin but not bad enough to get prescribed accutane so i got it through a website called helloclearhealth. after my acne was gone i kept my usual skincare routine, which is: cetaphil redness relieving cleanser > niacinimide serum > cetaphil 20 SPF daytime moisturizer in the morning, or cetaphil nighttime moisturizer before bed. no need to get complicated or expensive here, ur routine will also depend entirely on ur skin tone and flaws, so don’t pay too much attention to mine, but those products work magic for sensitive, pale skin. if u need help with ur skin i’d be happy to make u a custom routine but we’ll have to get in contact. - eyebrow serum… this was huge for me. i use angelicmisto brow serum from amazon and it’s better than the prescription eyelash serum i was using on my brows. i had thin ones but i used it 2-3 times a day and i have like top tier eyebrows now. speaking of brows, get them done if they look too bushy or the shape is off, even though thick is good. it’ll change ur whole face. - i shave my face every day with an electric trimmer, but if u can grow good facial hair i would keep it to a nice stubble if u have a nice jaw, or if u have a smaller jaw go with a longer beard like Jake Gyllenhall on the cover of “ambulance,” i would say only go longer if u rly need to cover up ur jaw/chin area. shaving ur nose hair and body hair is also a must if it’s long. - aquaphor. this stuff will make ur lips so nice. if u want u can even exfoliate ur lips with a lip scrub and then apply vaseline or aquaphor. carrying it in chapstick form also helps. - tons of water. - laser treatments for moles, marks, flaws of any kind. - potassium chloride to debloat ur face, but be careful not to take too much. - tons of vitamins C, D, A, E, and K as well as collagen & biotin supplements. - i used to use latisse on my eyelashes but stopped after they grew enough. - spray tan. this is optional and only applies if ur white. i can look ethereal with no spray tan but i just feel like a fit hollywood looking guy with one. - last but definitely not least is elective surgery. this should ONLY be for your top 1 or 2 most noticeable flaws or if it’s absolutely needed. i got a rhinoplasty and stopped there to avoid looking too fake. this is where improving your looks gets hardcore, it’s expensive and ur gonna need a good month or two before ur back to normal. but not one day goes by where i’m not thankful i got it done. overall i went from like a 4.5-5 to 8.5-9. now i’ll list what i use in a day and then get out of ur hair lol. - garnier honey treasures shampoo and conditioner, (shampoo every 3-4 days, conditioner everyday) - cetaphil redness relieving face wash (morning and night) - cetaphil 20 SPF daytime facial moisturizer (morning) - cetaphil nighttime facial moisturizer (night) - l’oréal bright reveal niacinimide serum (morning and night) - angelicmisto eyebrow serum (morning and night) - biore charcoal foaming cleanser (once a week) - generic keratin hair mask from amazon (1-3 times a week) - aquaphor (chapstick version or regular) - cerave salicylic acid soap bar (for body) - eyelash curler (if needed) - rohto eye drops (when i don’t sleep well) - multivitamins that include vitamin a, c, d, a, e, k, collagen, and biotin - potassium chloride supplement (if i eat a lot of salty food) - tweezers and small comb for eyebrows and i think that’s pretty much it. i’ll edit if i think of anything else. other than that i know it’s a lot but don’t be discouraged. feel free to reach out if u need advice on any of this bc the things like skincare have a learning curve to them. good luck :)
