very. actually what I do is just put the swab on ONE side of the nostril and just turn from there, not turning all the way around the nostril but just that one area. ( my mom told me this and she’s a nurse) :)

I had covid a few weeks ago, and I know it sucks. If your back aches, lay down and put a big ice pack on your back. You’ll feel so much better! I know you feel like absolute crap right now, but remember to drink and eat! Stay safe! :)
