Good stuff Jordan! This is very useful advice. I like to do "secret training" too while doing everyday things like cooking and relaxing. You're an inspiration!

Foot injuries are no joke! I lost my left foot-ankle due to arthritis and I want let this happen to my right. Thank you for the exercise tips Jordan and best of luck going forward.

Cool Jordan. Kind of knew this stuff (through injury rehab) but really good to hear how often an elite does this. I'm not doing them nearly enough. Cheers

Ironic video of the day: Jordan Hasay on her routine for strengthening her feet. Why ironic? Because she pulled out of tomorrow's 2018 Boston Marathon a couple of hours ago. Because of her foot. Wah-wah.
