You have to have single digit wins to be considered dysfunctional, I think the Cowboys will have double digit wins, their off season may be dysfunctional. To not be last year you have to had ad 9 wins, any less you already are and are not being called on it. NFC South 9-win teams, Jags, Eagles, Miami, Browns, Bengals could dip below 9 wins and have a different QB and coach, drafting top 10 annually in 3 years. You dip below 9 wins and are not called on it and it becomes official 2 years later. If Burrow if often injured, they have not made the playoffs lately, and take this year can trade Burrow to the Bears for the #1 pick and it doesn't work out.

Overpay Love and hope he can do more with less. Not a good approach. Sure they beat the overhyped cowboys. He also ended their season committing the #1 QB no-no. He was part of the same team that lost to the falcons, giants....with their backup QB, made the panthers look competent, gave baker mayfield a MVP tryout, and would have lost to the saints if they didn't injure Carr. I wouldn't overpay for that.
