Summary for @thefocusedauthor because she/he was talking ill of Dr Peterson as he/she clearly lacks the mental faculties to articulate sound argument or language. Plus acts like a narcissist while projecting that trait on Dr Peterson. Points Dr Peterson makes- 2:38 - mentions getting a clear narrative of the situation. Our mind often simplifies or exaggerates the matter so writing down with some basic questions is definitely good advice. He recommends his self authoring program for the handholding but you can do it with just some common sense on your own. Fundamentally it's journaling . - 2:47 Gives the reason why childhood trauma is so potent in terms of affecting the day to day life. Trauma creates holes in perception affecting over worldview thus dictating our cognitive and behavioral modality. - 3:28 describes a panic attack. - 4:10 breaks down the narrative point. - 4:50 shares a personal story for more understanding. - 6:21 talks about having that motivation of getting better. - 7:00 talks about positivity. - 8:00 how to navigate through negativity. - 8:30 modulation of response. - 9:30 dealing with multiple negative emotions.

SUMMARY: A trained psychologist will spend 10 minutes NOT giving you any of the recommended means for overcoming bad childhood experiences, and instead will inform you that to reach a goal you have to first select the goal, make a plan, and learn how to navigate obstacles in spite of your doubts. NOTHING NEW OR USEFUL HERE, as usual. But you only notice that if you are capable of actually following him. Classic Peterson. I really cannot stand Jordan Peterson and I think a LOT of people feel compelled to claim they like him. Why? Because they want to appear smart to others for doing so. Why would they assume that? Because he is such a rambling, blathering, tangent-abusing narcissist that does his level best to make his speech difficult to follow so that you will never notice he nearly ALWAYS FAILS to make a clear, practical point. But you'd like to PRETEND he did and like you "get it." It is hilarious to see people showing clips of him and then INTERPRETING his "points" for him to their audience. Ug. The man is simply a tyrannical talker. Period.

Narsicistic women are often not violent but malicious. You are definitely projecting all your unconscious traits on Dr Peterson. I bet you are the sort of person to mutilate your child as a trans advocate for some social credit. In any case, if you are a man then you are definitely a trans one. I guess I need to dissect the video for you as you clearly lack the mental faculties to understand his simple plain speech or else you would not have said that , you are a narcissistic b!tch. Sorry I am not nice because I am being truthful. Hopefully you see the value in his talks as it has helped me in my inter and intra personal relationships in both personal and professional aspects. Hope, you will seek penance by watching his biblical lectures and learn something about what happens to narsicistic b!tches. Again sorry for the truth 🙏.

A therapist gives you bullshit, a real psychologist gives you advice/possible gateways ahead. Anyone can become a therapist with just some rudimentary courses. Most do not even have those as they are voluntary social workers. Your perspective is definitely as screwed up as your life. 😂😂😂

Bro please just invest in a microphone. PLEASE. I will donate to you specifically to buy one if you agree. You've been doing this for how long and you're still using the built-in mic on a laptop? Why dude? Just why? At this point it's pure laziness
