The furture of USA volleyball. Honestly, USA has some of the best opposite hitters throughout the years. Destinee Hooker, Nicole Fawcett, Karsta Lowe, now, Annie Drews and Jordan Thompson, what they need to develop are their open hitters. Their only reliable open hitters are their veterans, Kim Hill, Kelsey Robinson, Michelle Bartsche-Hackley. And as Jordan Larson age, they need to find a better alternative or a future replacement for her. I think Foecke would be good but she needs to improve her passing which Jordan Larson is known for. While USA is flooded with talented opposite hitters, I think, if they can develop Jordan Thompson's passing, they can convert her into an open spiker. Destinee Hooker is back on playing, Nicole Fawcett is playing too, Karsta Lowe is a little mediocre but Annie Drews is their best option for the opposite spiker as of the moment. One player Karch have to get rid of is Kelly Murphy, always been mediocre from the very beginning, inconsistent and at times, don't know how to play around the block. Carli Lloyd's setting isn't that good too, that's why Hancock and Carlini are getting the spotlight. Lloyd used to be a great setter, I don't know what happened now.

Elektra Abundance Hill is their most consistent passer then next is Robinson. So far their best attacking OHs are Hill and Hackley. I agree, they have to get rid of Larson and give way to new open hitters but Jordan Thompson should stay in the opposite. She’s perfect for the position; her elevation is at par with Egonu and Boskovic. She just needs more international exposure and she’ll do good. While Carlini’s getting the spotlight as of now, still hancock’s the best choice if you want more variation. She feeds and connects with the middles. (Adams Akinradewo and Ogbogu work best when she’s setting and mediocre middles like dixon and lauren are doing good)

People get over selves Jordan Larson is the Best all around female players in the world. She came in against Brazil and lead them to the win. Funny Alot of people who do not play have opinions on what should be done! Carlini is an outstanding setter, blocker, digger, server she is 6"2. Handcock won Pan am Cup she shorts has trouble setting fast but yes she is great. Count on Jordan and Carlini going to Olympics. For some Reason People forget it takes a team of diversity to win. I Like Thompson she is Amazing will only get better but who do think helps these young ones calm down let go and play without fear.... Jordan Larson.
