for people who have bullied. i know exactly how you feel i was bullied all through primary&secondary school, and you start you understand that even if you have been bullied your friends and family are there to help. By telling them it will release the grief your feeling. Wow dude, this doesn't happen often but I cried to this song because it got to me, I was bullied my entire school life, from an early age up until the day I left.
