20:54 What’s funny to me is that in Sam and Colby’s video, they say that they’ve been told by the spirits that what the spirit sees when they hold hands is a giant beam of light that goes all the way up to the sky.. is that not energy being projected from them? Wouldn’t the spirit be able to use that energy on the second level of the house at least?? Sounds to me like their “energy vicinity” was, at one point, so large that spirits could see it from far and wide.. but now suddenly, they don’t know how far it goes.. 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️

They kind of do. There's a clause that says any footage captured in the house has to be reviewed by the owners before they'll let you put it online. If your footage doesn't show the house or Cotori the way they want it to, they can and will order you not to upload it.

Living in RI my entire life I became a huge folklorist, endless amounts of research at libraries and historical societies before the internet exploded. I’ve had a couple paranormal experience’s which made me want to visit places that are supposed to be so haunted you will see/feel something. I stayed overnight at the Lizzy Borden murder house, nothing happened. I went to the Conjuring house years before it was in pop culture and nothing, there’s nothing paranormal!! Even the person who owned the house at the time said it was all BS. If the Warrens are involved, it’s BS!!

The Warrens were involved with a LOT of confirmed hauntings. Can't take it down just because of them. I also believe the Perron family. That doesn't mean ghosts act on cue for every person, every day. Taking advantage of a haunted location just to make money or gain fame the way these people did though, is dishonest and even criminal. Taking advantage of people who desperately want to hear from loved ones is sick. Real mediums will tell you when nothing comes through and won't invent something even if it makes them look bad.

The “evil spirit” and woods thing happened with Sam and Colby too. A “evil spirit” also spoke through them in Josh’s Norwich Hospital video feat. catori and said the same thing about going to some sketch room and that he would “find out” what would happen if they did. It is literally the EXACT thing the “evil spirit” said in the conjuring basement. The messages are always the same, good or bad. Whatever they can get out in the shortest amount of knocks to get the best reaction.

Amazing video, I personally think when Dakoda was saying Haters and going of at the debunkers. I think he was just trying to get on Cody and Satori’s good side so they wouldn’t want to leave. And then at the end of the interview they could flip the nice side and ask them more persistent questions.

I was recommended this video (I assume because I’m a subscriber of John) but I thought you did a great job. I would like to address something you said at the end about still learning; we all are. Don’t be too hard on yourself, we are constantly and forever learning, and learning is a good thing! Not only that but your willingness to learn, and admit wrongs will take you very far. Stubborn people that refuse to see, even after being shown evidence is exactly these “believers” that give people like Cotori the reason to do what they do.

No he was not the Walter Cronkite of interviewers but if you cannot tell that he was trying to soften the 'confrontation' - please watch more interviews in history where the interviewer is faced off with a potentially closed off guest.

I was thinking that too. Like how interrogators will be nice to suspects, offer them food and drink and try to make them comfy. It's a psychological tactic that puts a form of gratefulness upon the suspect to be more inclined to want to "give something back", to want the interrogator to like them. But even if they did that, one again, they didn't follow through.

Exactly what I thought to. I got the impression they were doing the ol' good-cop/bad-cop technique. It's effective in law enforcement, and I think it was effective here. I noticed the harder questions came later after C&S let their guard down. PF started not letting C&S off the hook with harder questions like the whole barefoot thing. We all know how evasive C&S are in regards to being challenged. If PF had immediately started attacking C&S, the interview would've been done in 5 mins.

honestly, Sam & Colby aren't even paranormal investigators, they really don't believe in ghosts, etc. Like I stated before on a previous comment, they've been caught at several locations, that people were able to watch on a server 24/7 on all the cameras inside the home, and that's when you see their true colors. They basically act like they are scared or freaked out by their equipment, etc, and they always seem bored when they finally are done filming at the locations. They sit there and debate on how do they close out the investigations, and on several occasions admitted that "ghosts aren't real or there's no such things as ghosts" and " okay lets just end the video by saying this and lets get the hell out of here". Technically there really isn't any professional paranormal investigators, because the scientific community haven't acknowledged the paranormal phenomenon, and consider the field as " pseudoscience ". But, if you are getting paid to investigate a location, then you are a professional paranormal investigator. Yet when it comes to doing real investigations asked by owners to figure out whats going on at their place, sam & colby will collab with channels that actually try to capture evidence, and find out what possibly could be going on at a location, lol.. However, only the US government/military/several 3 letter agencies that many people never heard about. they are the only established agencies that have done legitimate experiments, research, and documentation of all findings that get stored on a skiff for the very few people with clearance/aware of the project. So there is a few programs that study and investigate all strange phenomena with the purpose of finding anything useful, that can possibly give our military/3 letter agencies any tactical advantage against both our allies and adversaries.

I love your mug. If he is moving around his foot to stretch it and stuff why is it always his right foot and never his left? I love how in the interview, time stamp is 48:20, they set themselves up for being able to say "see we told you so" when they said that no matter what they do there are people who won't believe them. Now we have that 360 degree video that was made that was a half assed attempt to show that they are "real" and they get to say "see we told you that there are people who won't believe us no matter what we do and whatever we do will never be enough." Also if paranormal investigators want to be taken seriously and have what they do be taken seriously then they really need to debunk their evidence and welcome the debunkers as part of the paranormal community instead of ostracising them. Having debunkers and skeptics as a part of the community is a good thing. There are people who have had paranormal experiences who really don't talk about it much because other people will think that they are crazy and having paranormal investigators actually investigate it and even skeptics and debunkers investigate can be a good thing, can it be a negative thing too yeah, because it could help lend legitimacy to what they are saying.

He did an amazing job analyzing everything. I usually keep my comments to myself, but he really hit the mark. I'm def going to be following him. He brought up many points I've thought about. I don't wish ill upon Cody and satori. However, if they truly are deceiving (of course they are), the owner isn't helping them any by threatening court cases. She'll end up getting all of them in trouble because SHE is taking money from ppl to be guided through the house. She also clearly states that they are staff. They are in many videos guiding ppl through the house and using their method. :/ If you look at their website, it costs more to have all the extra (guided tours) They'll have to prove in court that she's not taking money on their behalf as well, and she is. I'm not a lawyer, so I could totally be wrong. But just logically thinking about it, it'd be very balsy on their behalf to follow through. It could potentially bring individual law suits against each of them and against TCH LLC or whatever type of business it is, if they cannot prove their method to be tried and true in the court of law.
