I don`t know anything about Pigeons but I really like it when you mess around with them more so than the other stock . Enjoyed it Jordan

It's a good idea with the loft, but I'd turn the wire left the opposite way you where putting it that way you keep the rain flowing away from the barn

Great video as always. My son took a mojo dove and set up in the gophers pasture and got himself two pigeons. One blue bar and a really cool grizzle. Only two birds that came in.

I've been racing pigeons for about 15 years I started using a drop in trap because I couldn't afford this but next and I still use to drop in track because it's simple and I love them and they work well

Its a great idea to attach the small loft to the barn loft so they a great place to sleep at night and u can fly them out of there as well...Great idea

The thing about the spudnick trap is they can get out a lot easier if you want a really good bob trap you can go to strombergs there’s are really good you can lift the bobs with a bar you can let them out then put it back down so they can trap I’ve never seen a bird excape from that kinda trap you should check it out it’s a lot more reliables

A constant supply of grain and water is the best way of breeding mice . 😄 Good luck with getting rid of them all though. Absolute neucence. There's a good chance they passed Salmonella on to your birds when u git wiped out. Or if not that something else. Good luck also with the new flying loft...

if it doesn't look like the parents are feeding the chick on the ground you can try putting it in a nest with chicks that are its size at night my pigeons usually took to the baby.

Jordan, you can mix dry bread in dry cement, put it where the birds can't get it , when the mice eat the bread and cement, they drink water it hardens thier organs and they die
@matts93712 жыл бұрын
I learned about a great way to trap mice, but it needs to be done away from the other animals. Get a bowl, about 6 to 8 inches is fine. Put peanut oil in it and put a ramp or 2 leading to the top of tge bowl. It traps them by keeping them from getting enough grip to escape. Really good if you know some people with snakes or hawks since it doesn't poison them.

Good evening, Jordan, geese and chickens look well. What the hell are you going to do with all of them?? On the pigeons, Jordan, moving them downstairs into where whatever was, moving your small loft over the window not a bad idea but cut the bloody trees down around it .Pigeons like to fly and come home to a clear space ,so you've got your orders, Jordan get on with it!!. Those pets have never arrived, did they got lost along the way? We love the colour on some of the turkeys - brilliant! The quail and young turkeys look to be doing well. We look forward to the next one, Jordan. Goodnight from us Malcand Ann (England) UK xx

Hey Jordan thanks for getting back to me twice. I sent a message very fair You thought this video was plain I loved it All the pigeons you picked up at the end of this video There pretty neat. The mealy bars. Are great. Red bars If you have a hen it’s more likely to throw 2 red baby’s even if the male is blue Red can be a stronger Jean maney lofts is the perfect example of that I’m a gardener I’m a bit like a butcher I chop and cut things Not real good at building cages either I just buy them. That black checkered pigeon with the white head. Is a pied Pied means example black n white cow. I know you love grizzles Something I like is tiger grizzles. Pigeons In Victoria anstralia. In our state. We have 8. COVID people At the moment our state has been very strict. With lockdown

Just build a nice loft for your birds with old wood because u may confuse your birds i had pegions for 30 years where i live i can't mind them but one day i will get back a loft
@shutupfish16193 жыл бұрын
Also the new loft idea is great I recommend taking some wire hangers and some wood dowels and make a swing trap where they can go in and out and it helps train them to the bob trap. I don’t personally like the Sputnik trap it seems to cause problems. I recommend the bob trap, you can get one on eBay or amazon for like $15. They work great to. If you plan to race you need some AU bands they cost about $0.36 each or like 50 for $20.
