I think Jordox is the clear winner. Overall, I prefer his beatboxing, his structure and arrangement. Both he and Madox displayed signs of routine fatigue or repetitiveness, but for me Jordox found better ways of creating an enjoyable piece. Big ups to both. Good videos. But, as beatboxing goes, its a clear ggS toward Jordox.

for me madox takes it, Jordox without having the video there are parts where he becomes very repetitive (especially this 2:48), while Madox will have weird transitions but he has more technique, and he has weirder beats, yes, but more different, in fact he combines with his video and "bad guy" theme.

I completely disagree. Madox’s round stood out so much compared to everything he has done prior in competitionas he literaly created a jump up track. Structure was much better as well if you actually ever listened to the genre that he is going for And as beatboxing goes I’ve listened to JordoX’s wildcard twice and probably won’t listen again while I jammed Madox’s like 10x already. + perfect style counter from Madox, making a reall fun track to counter JordoX who is obviously going to create dramatic peace

Conversely, Hush has quickly taken the top spot for my favourite routines out of all BBU! Followed closely by pretty much anything Den and Hiss have done. However, I really don't rate Jordox's other 2 submissions very highly at all and tbh find them kind of haphazard and boring. Still, no accounting for taste. Can definitely appreciate the efforts and skill gone into these performances, but this will be a single view to participate in the BBU experience while I eagerly wait to listen to Hush for the 400th time this week.

Unpopular opinion: everyone’s beatbox has been great in fact it’s been scene changing, but the poetry in the tracks have been elementary. That’s where I think beatbox will take a big leap after a wave a tech and musicality. Gene for example has great poetry. I haven’t heard any other beatboxers with great poetic skills like him

nah icl, didnt really like this one. Not much of a flow or vibe, and the singing sounds pretty autotuned. His counter also wasnt too good, a lot of air can be heard in his base. (edit) i wanna add, i watched Alem's reaction to this, and i agree with his comment that he felt like he was always waiting for something throughout the round. it was pretty stagnant and didnt really bring too much hype, i guess we've seen all of this from him before and so wasn't too surprising. the lack of drive and hype made it boring as well as predictable.
