5% is low, professional body builders hit the stage at 3-5% and it's actually REALLY unhealthy and they go back to 10%+ after comps, your body is at it's strongest in the 15%+ range look at a professional strongman's build, they got fat, it sounds counterintuitive but you need healthy fat for muscles to function 100%
