In that particular stretch of highway (I assume), I noticed that traffic is flowing erratically. Bikers, cyclers, etc. are coming in from the wrong direction. This is so dangerous.

Thats true.. Just like No Traffic Rules.

That portion is being made so traffic rules are not followed properly, once completed you will see good rules & regulation.
