Welldone, you are brave and stated your truth. This is a cry for help as you love and adore your dad. I would suggest that your dad is checked into rehab clinic asap and given the care he requires. It requires a lot of strength and will power on his part to wish to be clean. Please son, there is help out there but dad will need to consent.
