He can only motivate n push them.. The rest is because the players are good or otherwise.. Characters development been done in youth programme.. Thats why footballers need academy.. Not just to know how to play football but most importantly the characters building on & off the pitch.. I know bcause i was in such academy before.. Mourinho used to do reverse psychology in his PC, but not many people understand it n only mentally strong players will accept such "criticism" n turn it into good performance.. U can then understand why mourinho rarely "trust" young player.. Its not because of technical or tactical thing.. But its the mental aspect of the game..

I don't know why Man utd fans think they can be invincible as they were before in a just a year or two. David Moyes couldn't do it Louis Van couldn't do it..
