Jose put it perfectly. Competition in the PL since 2014 has gone down at an alarming rate. Put Pep’s City in the era of Sir Alex’s Man United, Jose’s Chelsea, and Wenger’s Arsenal in the period 2005-2009 and Pep’s City would be fighting for top 4 at best. Heck even Klopp won all club trophies possible with a tight budget Liverpool and Pep couldn’t even stop that despite having all the resources at his disposal lol.
