@@Ntw24 most of it is, but the new club in America (Austin FC) the tickets are sold out for the whole season and to get season tickets, you have to attend practices and learn the songs and cheers, so when you hear a certain drum beat, most of the stadium starts singing. I went to a game on the weekend and my ears are still ringing. Our sport culture is bad but it’s not all bad.

Even the fact that you have “practice” for singing club songs is cringe to me personally. In the US, a lot of times it’s more of an event/process, while over in Europe it’s all pure emotion. Obviously we gotta give the US time to develop things, because you definitely have potential as a country. Once football becomes a “cool” thing to do, the US could actually become a powerhouse competition.

Sorry but no. He's second class. He's a bit like Nigel Mansell F1 driver. Pushed his car too hard to make up for his weaknesses. Jose has psychological issues and burns his teams out. He overclocks the team and has a self-centred attitude. Managers who enable their players to enjoy their profession more rather than less are a class above. Don't get me wrong, I think Jose is a good guy overall and an excellent manager. He's just got to address his own deep-seated need to be better than the rest at any cost and replace it with a drive to enrich and compliment others.
