We open a box of American envelopes and manually lift the flap, equalize and straighten the flap flat, little by little until we finish the desired quantity.
We take the paper gauge out of the box, calibrate the flap that we are going to print and it gives us a weight of 100 grams.
We take two sheets of 100-gram colored paper and mark the measurements of the flap, leaving a little margin on each side, fold the flap to secure the double of the folded sheet well, mount on top of the envelope and then cut along the lines drawn with a little patience, removing the double sheet.
