Everyone keeps commenting on the guy in the video but no-one has pointed out how similar he looks to Josef. When I watched this video for the first time, I actually thought it was him, which would make for some interesting symbolism given the nature of the song and how it's about him being promiscuous and (if the part where he makes out with the girl and the guy can be believed) sharing his bed with men and women but the character he plays seems narcissistic as well, strutting down the street (or through the hospital) looking for the next pretty face or body to pursue. So I wonder if they purposely chose a guy who looked like him to convey that sense of narcissism
