Josef Schrammel (b. March 3, 1852, d. November 24, 1895), the initiator of the Wiener Schrammeln. An often overlooked, great musician in the shadow of his brother Johann (1850-1893), the ensemble's composer and band leader.
The famous composition 'Wien bleibt Wien' is performed here by the Dietrich Schrammeln.
