@@so_lmao the issue is cypher rush nerf would KILL low tiers. Yes, the game is survivor sided but it’s way harder to LEARN survivor than hunter. There needs to be a way to balance things without making it impossible for newer players.

The problem is he prevents cipher rush and slows it for about 30% but he needs time to find and chair people in camera then if gets lucky find a survivor in real world on knocked down survivor his chase is 100% blink depended and his camera has long cd...the bigger the map the harder it gets.so he is decent but playing him against good survivors is hell

I understand that feeling, when I play as survivor, I saw a lot of Joseph players were miserable because the survivor was too smart to choose the cypher to decode, especially when survior had mechanic or luca in big map like moonlight or eversleeping town

@@xeimeisoda9390 Advantage Joseph : Attack Recovery so fast than any hunter. Can counter cipher rush. Disadvantage : Recovery stun so long. dark map, hard to counter looping pallet, cant teleport. Actually best counter cipher rush only dream witch

@@devastery I've seen Josephs using his Card ability with Double / Infinite Teleport ability before, which was camping both Exit Gate strategies. I've done it in rotation about 3-4 times before it fails cos I mis counted xD. But If you get the count right, you can Patrol both exit gates Infinite with the Card Trick.

Hallo devas, im Pros user. The magnet effect can be disappear when u get close (almost red link) then u go back far away from the link. But sometimes pros user know the hunter will go back, so he change the magnet then he can instant pull u. Try to avoid red link or get close from the object so u will be fine xD

@@devastery magnets have different colors (blue and red) and they are reflected on the "string" you see connecting you and prospector. If you see the same color, you can cancel the magnets effect by walking away (this will brake the "string"). If you see 2 different colors, you have to wait for the magnet effect to wear out by itself (20 secs, the icon with 2 magnets on top left. It happens from 07:34 to 7:54 ). To be more specific: same color means same polarity, so it'll repel different color means different polarity, so it'll attract

I think most Joseph main need to be good at mind game, he is weak in chasing survivor as he don't have any chasing ability. So I think one good way is to play mind game with the survivor.

7:50 - at this moment the magnet disappears by itself (check in up left corner ;) ) but I heard something about it (and I saw it many times watching gameplay hunters) supposedly when you as a hunter have the same magnet that have prospector then it supposed to disappear (if you have blue magnet and prosp have blue too it supposed to remove the efect when you are close enough ) but I'm not 100% shure becaude I don't play him at all and this is what I heard from my friend that main him so next time you can pay attention on this aspect if it's actually true :)

You see the survivor's "photo" that appears when you activate the camera world ( their mirror image), you can see it slowly going down and when it's empty the camera world ends (idk if I explained right I'm sorry,,,) It took me time to notice it T_T

Joseph deals 1.5 damage. + Detention Equals a Knocked down Merc because the .5 damage kills his Built in Tide turner, Same with when he's injured and going in for rescue against a Joseph, an Injured merc will get instant downed because the .5 knocks his built in tide.

I am a Hunter main and oh.my.sweet.Terror.shock. the Cipher rush is real. Finding somebody can take 10 s or more. Then i down them after i don't know 20 s or more? And already 2-3 Cipher's done. In just 1 min or less. They really need to fix Cipher rush and Ping. ( I have green ping but i know most need to deal with 160-200ms ) the Cipher rush got to a point where i had to stop playing dream witch (AFTER her nerf) because they were Cipher rushing me! And they nerf Hunter's so many time's.It's so dumb. And the good old thing they say in chat : " Hunter's go rank ". Nobody will play Hunter anymore if they nerf Hunter's to the end. The dream witch nerf was Stupid on so many way's.And other nerf's like BQ or idk.They really need to buff ALL hunter's. Even the new Hunter sculptor is too weak! They need to nerf most of the survivor's too. Prospector got so annoying , and even after Pries nerf she's still like a rat.They need to stop putting new Skin's and need to focus on balancing.

Imagine being this good at hunter yet survivors can still rush btw Merc has a decode debuff and still did that much decoding in little time ...
