Joseph, we are so blessed to have you on this earth! This is so beautiful. Your deeper explanation of how to use the breath is so valuable. I would recommend this lecture to anyone, but especially folks who are new to meditation and the powerful use of breath. So much love for you sir. You have changed my life and I thank you greatly!

Right Effort flow of sensation.breiak up solidity.come back and begin again.turnto nuances of effort.attitude.being presentwe become naturally aware 😊don't control the breath

I've had a burning question in my mind: when in meditation or in life, when we encounter a strong habit pattern of time mind, should we break our concentration and shine the light of mindfulness on it, or let it go and keep our concentration? ahh, thank you for the answer! Meditation is an art, like fine-tuning an instrument. Build from below or swoop in from above based on what's needed in the moment. What a welcome and beautiful gift I received in this talk, thank you!! __/\__ Sadhu, sadhu, sadhu!

I guess tbe answer is if you can't let it go because the thought is too established or overwhelming the important think is to undertake a gentle investigation into it and not to resort to aversion which will only guarantee further suffering .

What I'm learning is stay in the medmind and begin to observe the urges/ habit in that state.It will expose that false mindset in a greater light . Most urges go away in a few minutes I'll if you can maintain your real self perception over the eho centric self.
