I'm glad you think so! Music + meditation is not for everyone, but I find it works really well to subdue excess thoughts, given the right music.

I love the guided meditations of Joseph Goldstein, but I turned this one off, because of the "music". Why is not just his voice, which carries such a great calm energy enough?
