@@josephlinahon ah I see, my mistake. I’ve got an Irish Bouzouki actually on the way to me right now. Irish Bouzoukis are a bit hard to find where I’m at, so I’ve ended up having to import one from some Romanian brand. I knew there was some sort of difference between the Irish Bouzouki and the Octave Mandolin but I couldn’t quite figure it out, so thanks for letting me know! Can’t wait to see what songs y’all do next!

Its Loyal drums not Royal drums do beat. Stephen Behan viewed some of his Irish neighbours living in Russell Street in the mid 1920's during the Free State era (who he is singing the song to) as "loyalists" not "royalists". And of course the song has absolutely nothing to do with the real Black and Tans from the Irish war of Independence as a lot of people think it does, but it's not. For those who have read Dominic Behan's works they will know it contains a lot of sarcasm as indeed this song does and he even insults his own Irish grandmother in the first verse, which sadly goes over most people's head. That said, I love the version you have done lads, so very well done.

I then panicked for just a second, thinking I was losing my shit, as a Blue Line MAX passed by what I assumed was a bar in Ireland. The bar was not in Ireland. The contradiction has been resolved.
