Ending song at the last episode of "Party Favors" (S01E10) of Spartacus: Blood and Sand. I finally found it. This song is simply epic. All credits to Joseph Loduca for making this masterpiece. No copyright infringement intended.

Varo's death was truly heartbreaking, it shook me even more than Sura's death...Varo had just reunited with his wife and son and was about to have another child to love and raise...all of that was denied to him just to satisfy a spoiled brat's whim, what a tragedy

This song remind me of In the House, In a Heartbeat.

That's what I thought to, had to look the song up, it's clearly a rip off, not that I'm complaining though
@RandomUsername0109 жыл бұрын
Agreed. Call it a different name but it's definitely a rip of In the House, In a Heartbeat.
@dtice698 жыл бұрын
+RandomUsername010 kinda hard to say it was ripped off without the whole story. for all we know, the composer of this asked john murphy if it was cool and he said yeah. neither of them have spoken about it it seems so i guess we won't know for now. either way, sounded more like a cool homage to me. nothing wrong with that

It's the same song lol. This is the original, In the House is the gay version.

It's amazing how this show comes across as a guilty pleasure but still somehow turns out to be so much more heartfelt than that. I mean everybody watching probably figured Varo would die tragically but the writers did a great job of still making that sequence sad even though we we were all anticipating it. This show is so much more than just a 300esque guilty pleasure indeed.

The songs are similar I don't get the same feeling with this song like I get with In a Heartbeat. In a Heartbeat had that run for your life and hide feeling because something terrifying was chasing you. This song has more of feeling desperate with no place to go. I guess I'm being a bit melodramatic but the difference in bass for the two songs separate them.

first off what makes Pianomantodd1 a man.. second off try not to be so racist, kiddie.. and third stop raging over the internet its not very manly of you. fyi the reason we add some smart remarks between the lines is because we are actually smart.. unlike some.

i never said it didnt sound similar, kid.. i just personally (what i say is my opinion, you dont have to take it seriously) think rip-off suggests its not as good... when this is clearly better than John Murphy's 'In the House-In a Heartbeat' by 10x (once again my opinion try to not flip out, kid)

@davcr79 I wouldnt say that it is a complete rip off. Both songs sound very similar but they provoke very different emotions, both songs are perfect for the scenes they were selected for

This song makes that scene so much more sad. He just lost his best friend and everyone hes ever loved. Every man has his breaking point. Most men don't show emotion and due to this we bottle it up inside and when it is let out it's like a nuke going off.
