Joseph Prince falsely accuses 27 top Bible teachers and leaders for leading people into sin - By Rev George Ong
In this article, I am surfacing a big number of well-regarded Bible teachers and leaders, whose views are in total contrast with that of Joseph Prince regarding the moral law or the Ten Commandments.
They are:
John Stott, Martin Luther, John Calvin, John Wesley,
Martyn Lloyd-Jones, Arthur Pink, Charles Spurgeon,
DL Moody, Andrew Murray, Charles Finney, AW Tozer,
JI Packer, Billy Graham, John Piper, David Pawson,
DA Carson, John MacArthur, George Whitefield,
Reinhard Bonnke, James Montgomery Boice, JC Ryle,
RA Torrey, Paris Reidhead, Robert Bolton, Walter Chantry,
Robbie Flockhart & RC Sproul.
Friends, these are not just ‘ordinary’ Christian leaders, but exceptional and top leaders who have made their mark in what God has called them to do.
All 27 of them have upheld the place of the moral law or Ten Commandments for New Covenant believers, except Joseph Prince, who spoke against them, specifically, that they are no longer relevant or have gone obsolete in the New Covenant.
This means if these 27 leaders are right, then Joseph Prince is wrong.
If Joseph Prince is right, then all 27 top Christian leaders are wrong.
Friends, how can all 27 of them be wrong?
That is why I said Joseph Prince is a Lone Ranger in most of his grace doctrines.

Jesus says, “I have not come to destroy the Law and the Prophets but to fulfill it…Whoever breaks one of the least of these commandments and teaches man so will be considered least in the Kingdom of heaven,” Matthew 5: 17-19. Clearly, from His own words Jesus has never abolished God’s moral law, the 10 commandments which are inviolable! If God’s moral law can be violated that means we can make idols and worship them; we can worship other gods other than our Almighty Triune God; we can take God’s name in vain; we don’t have to honour our parents; we can murder; we can commit adultery; we can steal; we can bear false witness or defame any person we like and we can covet our neighbour’s property and persons. Definitely, not!!! We cannot do such things though we are saved by grace through faith in Christ’s death.

The moral laws were an integral part of the Old Testament(from which Jesus himself quoted from again and again). If He had come to abolish them and render them obsolete, He would have told us very plainly, since this is such an important issue. In fact, He plainly stated otherwise. Probably presumptuous to think He would keep quiet about it and then leave it to 1 man to re-interpret the scriptures and reveal "the truth" to all mankind.
