Jonas just passed away. Dude was not just an outstanding ambassador for the Tetris community, but for the entire gaming culture in general. A master of his craft who was just as friendly and likable as he was skilled in the game. This is such a tragedy. Rest easy Jonas.

He literally didn't know what Joseph's mother or sister looked like before this tournament (only his sister showed up, his parents were absent for 2018's tourney), all he knew was that an immediate female relative brought him. Is it still racist? Sure, it's a stereotype and therefore can be classified as racist. Are most asians offended by it, especially when another asian person says it? No, I see asian people make that joke in this country literally ALL the time. It's like their absolute favorite stereotype for themselves.

Yeah, Joseph uses his right hand to hypertap. DanQZ flips the controller essentially playing backwards. Hypertappers do hold it weird.

When Joseph uses his right thumb, he presses Left / Right on the D-Pad multiple times in a very short amount of time ("hypertapping"). This way he can move the pieces faster to the wall, compared to pressing down Left / Right and keep holding it down for a longer amount of time - which Jonas does ("DASing", DAS = Delayed AutoShift).
