Joseph Skips Arthur's Birthday to See the Teletubbies Reboot Live Show / Grounded

Arthur is coming back to GoAnimate City to celebrate his birthday with his whole family. And he decides that he wants to go have dinner at Dave and Busters, to which the family agrees. Joseph doesn't want to go to Dave and Busters. Instead he wants to see the Teletubbies Reboot live show at the civic auditorium with Karen and Orthur. While they are at the restaurant, Joseph sneaks out to meet up with Karen & Orthur at the park, and they attend the live show. Will Arthur's family find out that Joseph left Dave and Busters to see the show? And how will he react if his family finds him at the auditorium? Watch to find out.

I'd say have him expelled from the Special School and send him to a strict severe military boarding school for the remainder of his Middle School years (5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grades) Where they make him do hard exercises, sit through mandatory boring lectures, and do a lot of homework, essays, and tests. They also monitor his devices to where he can only do school work. Whenever Joseph watches a baby show, screams, fails a test, or throws a tantrum, he is swiftly dealt with severe punishments (they make him run laps, do pushups or sit-ups, hit him with a ruler, or they throw him into a cell for bad kids where he can cry and scream but he cannot slam the door as it is locked, all he can do is pound, scream, kick, and cry until he can cry no more or his throat hurts). The bright side to the Military Boarding School is that Joseph can do fun engaging science experiments, and play sports there which can make him enjoy learning and desire to progress academically. Gradually he improves his behavior and goes far ahead in his academics as he finds interest in Algebra, Geometry, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and even Calculus despite being in 8th Grade. Then when he returns from boarding school, he comes back a bright kind young man who is ahead in his academics, especially in Math and Science, and best of all he is no longer a troublemaker.

Also, this is Joseph's third live event that he attended after he snuck out of the restaurant. He skipped Arthur's birthday to go to the Civic Auditorium to see the show, making Arthur upset at him! D.W. said that Joseph left the restaurant and went to the auditorium with Karen and Orthur. WHAT?! He actually slammed the vault door?! Arthur: Mom, are you serious? Jane: Yes, I am, Arthur.
