Also, I have noticed that I accidently doze off midway and wake up without having heard much. Would that affect anything? Many thanks.

It really depends on the person, as one might have more resistance and past programming to undo, but consistency definitely helps and dozing away is quite common it all goes in unconsciously, in have sleep versions of this session and my other session which are designed to listen to as you are asleep :-) ~ Joseph

You have one of the most pleasant voices to listen to. I do have one request, when you need to swallow, is it possible for you to move away from your mic? I found it easy to follow along, and began to relax but was kicked out of the meditative state because I could hear you swallow. I mean no disrespect, just a request.
