We are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. So if doubts arise about being "in Christ Jesus" how do we know that we are in Him? The answer is in John 6:56. When we partake of the communion and eat His flesh and drink His blood we abide in Him and He in us. Jesus is very clear when He said that. In case there remains any doubt that we ARE the righteousness of God.
