I think we all have times, like Peter, when our eyes take in all the sights around us: the trouble, the disease, the worry, the unrest, etc., and we "forget" that the Lord is right there with us, and we begin to sink under the waves of doubt and fear. We all have times when we need to be reminded of God's loving protection of both ourselves and our family members.
