MEGO 8" KISS ACTION FIGURES REVIEW

I got a heck of a deal the other day. I had a guy sale me the original kiss mego figures the other day all 4 of them with the boxes. The box that Paul is in is not good , but the other 3 are awesome. All 4 figures themselves are in good shape still attached to the cards . I got them all 4 for $250 with boxes.

Great video as always , Joe. Even though I'm not a big fan of Kiss, these figure sculpts are pretty good. Too bad about that staining. So much for that "Original Detail and Quality"

I've seen this dye issue before with other lines. But what makes mego figures more prone to this staining. Is the plastic they use. Which is rubbery and stain able. If it was hard plastic like the originals, it wouldn't be an issue. Thanks for watching!

I had these in my hand...wish I pulled the trigger and got them. I noticed in store that Peter was the best looking figure of the 4 also..followed by Ace. Gene looks better out of the package and Paul looks plain awful. I would also look into repainting his Star. Greetings from Sydney

I did fix paul using a sharpie, or use black acrylic paint and it's a pretty good fix, thanks for watching mate!

I got a question about the staining , does it stop after a while or can it happen even years later too ?

I got staining on my Paul Stanley also there in a glass cabinet so i just won't touch them at all and hopefully they will last the next 20 years.

Yeah it's the dye from the clothes. Try buying a new body and switch the clothes out
