Maybe I don't understand why but I've lived most of my life assuming others were just like me and In contrast, I got the worst of them. As a result, my innocence was robbed and I find it hard to trust anyone. I've been in solitude for months now. Where do you suppose I went wrong.

I find in my self in emotional state who want to react, but i can control my self and be aware of that. Questions is how i can change that emotional state? How to be more undestanding,compassion,self esteem... How to calm even inside

@@mihailokreckovic8737 Joseph has presented empowering these experiences within through cause and effect reflection. When you feel disempowering reactivity, it is typically based on past memory or habit where you may be reacting to previous experience. Past experience is not factual of what is current reality unless you reaffirm expecting same. Reactivity is reacting from same pattern and can be purified completely. Recognizing past and current experience with revision from both these experiences, purifies the mind and revising the reactivity to be in harmony and contribution. Neville also refers to this revision as repentance, forgetting and forgiving self or another's sin from love. The power and wisdom from purification of the mind reflects to outer reality through the new mindset.

When i want to change it , i got suggestions from my sub mind , something scene from some movie or like someone will act, even i was today question my self how to act in harmony as my true self or from higher self, what is right ,what is not. Feel natural in the being state in imagination so you can let go of referring to acting as if, because when you react naturally in imagination, you can avoid the feeling to act as if. You want to create habit of reacting to everything in imagination as the new you. For example, although I recommend avoiding TV, drama and news as much as possible, if you happen to hear something disempowering, put on the hat of the identity you intend to be and react from this identity. This creates habit and raises intuition to become this identity. Identity=state of being.

thanks for all these insights! i keep wondering how different the world would be if instead of medication doctors prescribed Joseph’s talks. i am benefiting tremendously from listening. every time i feel disempowerment coming on, i go for a walk and listen and boom empowerment and motivation return. next time i have a high stakes conversation i’m definitely going to re-listen to this one :)

Always want my SP to keep me in his desires, memory even if he doesn't get to see me, for whatsoever reasons. Whereas, I just realized I keep checking his photos, insta, social media, in a way to keep his memory stay fresh. Absolutely Contrary action , to my desired state. Just had light bulb moment. I think Neville has emotion and consciousness mixed up a bit. Emotion is how we express ourselves in this 3d world, make no mistake. Emotion is the connection between body and soul. The language. Like how plants turn light into a usable energy source, we turn this life experience into emotional energy which is how the soul/spirit experiences this 3d world. In dreams I feel it's in reverse and the dream state visuals are the minds interpretation of an emotional state manifested from soul/spirit. Maybe that's why what we see is sometimes strange. The visuals are the minds way of expressing emotional energy into a mirror image. Kind of looking at one thing two different ways and both still be truth. We experience and understand sound with our ears by listening and we also experience and understand sound by observing frequency levels through technology. Both observations are two different expressions of one thing. People say there is really no way to not communicate, even being silent and alone is communicating something. I feel the emotion operates the same way. Heightened states of emotional energy need a higher more complex form of expression that talking and contemplating cannot satisfy. I feel that's why we may shed tears, write it down, clap our hands, hug, laugh, hit with fists, slap, cheer and congratulate... its also why we love. I feel there is an aspect to emotional energy resonance that is of such profound importance to humanity that seems to be going unnoticed and it explains the way we will, upon death, unlock the door to the next life. I'll give ya some clues to get the ball rolling that should get ya there hopefully- "cymatics" "patterns" "chakra system" "symbol" "frequency" There is something to gain by doing the work and figuring it out for yourself that seems to be lost by just telling you. Much like the matrix cliche. Mark Twain said something to the affect of its damn hard to convince someone they have been fooled. Maybe you will understand who has been fooling us by the means of hijacking a doctrine that employes hierarchy to deliver doctrine. A doctrine of control that acts as the muscle behind the rudder dictating the direction of humanities ship. Not allowing our sails to catch the wind and guide us.

Thoughts can and do manifest into physical alignments. Louise Hays goes into this quite a bit. Joseph did a study note on her book. If you haven't read it I would recommend it. I went through the list of it could be possible of this or that... thought well can't hurt to affirm this or that and well wouldn't you know it many of the physical problems I have are just disappearing.

Steve may have internalized much stress and manifest in dis-ease. This is purified from cause and effect reflection within. I heard Steve would blow up in many meetings with force versus flow to achieve goals. I believe he used combination of flow and force, although force can result in other challenges accordingly.
