The first time I came across a video of yours, I never had a minute to think what am I looking at. such a motivating way of delivering it! I come from a Manic Psychosis and a serious addiction to weed. I am now seeking psychological help and every day I get closer to my goal. I hold on to a lost love that I believe will come back to the point that I am a potentially good father. so that I can teach "my" children and other people the lessons where I 'failed' in the first years. step by step we will get there. together. @Angel-tr9bs hey there, it's three years since you said you don't know what you want. Is it still unclear? If so, here's a tip - get a sheet of blank paper, and a pencil and write down the words "what do I want". Then without stopping to think, write a list of things you want in your life. Values and vocational things are good to start with, to keep it simple. Values could be: I want to be around people who inspire me. Or, I want to be around people who make learning fun. Or, I want to learn by doing, not by studying at college or university. Just write as many things down in your list until you run out of thoughts/ideas. Now you have the start of a map, which can help you find your way. You could also try mindmap technique, which is similar. Either way, don't use the computer to do this exercise - it works a lot better if you do it by hand. Use a whiteboard if you want.

@YNYNYNYNYNYN it's a year later since you asked how to reduce importance of personal issues. So many ways, get outside in nature is a great start. If you are walking the forest, swimming in the sea, planting trees with a local treeplant group, tending a vegetable garden, birdwatching, sketching and drawing or painting. All of these things bring us back into our bodies, and away from our useless mental chatter. Play a musical instrument (make your own, if you don't have one - plenty of videos on how to do it). These are ways to remember to be playful, to enjoy each moment and be in the flow!

The Greek word "meta" doesn't mean "what invisible for the eye"! That's the whole word: Meta - Physics = "Beyond (the) Nature". So "META" means only BEYOND, and this comes from Aristotle's great work, "Meta ta Physika" (Physis = Nature). And I'm not Greek, just love Philosophy 👍

Very informative video, makes some things a bit clearer for me. Like the audio book, reading the physical book, and listening to this, there are a lot of pieces to actually listen to/read carefully and comprehend. This topic certainly isn't an easy read or listen, but when you pay attention, the information is fascinating and you realize how many examples of what's explained here has happened in the past in your own life. I want to grip onto every single concept, but my ADHD doesn't help much, a lot of rewinding, haha. This is definitely helping crack the shell of understanding though.

I've been watching Rt videos and still unable to really comprehend (I'm a Neville follower). Idk about anyone else but it sounds so much like mainstream LOA. Where you just think positively, and you'll attractive positivity. It felt so very general: "Feel happy and things will be happy.' Whereas Neville is super granular and says, "If u want something specific, here's exactly what u do." So I really hope I'll be able to grasp RT from your mind map!

So what l don't understand is this. For example in my case, l am trying to tune in to a reality where me and my man are happily together. Yes, I tried a few years ago to read and "get" Transurfing, but somehow it didn't "click" with me. I think maybe Vadim has had it re-translated by a better translator, because I've read it over the past weeks and now it's all clear and it all makes sense!
