It's very important to be gentle in how we talk to ourselves. I dunno what causes people to be so critical of themselves like if they can't do something or someone doesn't like them and then to internalize it and make it the reason their entire life sucks. I did this too so nowadays I feel like it's my job to go around telling people it's ok if someone finds them disgusting or they failed a subject or if they feel ashamed of who they are. These things need to be harmonized or they get externalized, and I don't even recommend trying to imagine the scenario differently just heal whatever is causing the scenario in the first place.

realized today after listening to the Friday live this week again and this today that my Mom’s usual way of meeting my endeavors romantic, academic anything really was to couch it with doubt, coming from a risk management perspective.” Don’t get your hopes up honey “. I’m sure she was trying to protect me, I’m not angry about it. But wanted to share because the sense of relief I just felt when thinking why is it so hard for me to assume and think from the end? And to now know why is so liberating. More so and more so each day with increasing frequency I imagine, think from and accept as true, my vision. This reflects as my true way of being in all areas of life as far as the senses perceive. I Am that.

The transparency here about your own mental projections of validation and self doubt are so amazing … I often thought I was the only person who ever felt or done those things … this is so impactful

As you spoke your introduction, I had a huge personal epiphany. "I quit loving Life years ago." I have never had that thought. I stopped the video to record the awareness in my journal. A while later, I came to complete the video, and there before me was full support of my new full life awareness. I sincerely thank you for today's choice of your creation.

autosuggestion: every where i go people accept me for who i am. love, happiness, peace, bliss and fulfillment. this appears more so each day increasing in frequency on a consistent and continuous basis. I experience in my romantic relationships, friendships, family and work relationships as pleasant surprises of the being I truly am. Love, happiness, peace, bliss and fulfillment.

Joseph Iam appreciative of the knowledge you share and I have also been following Neville for some time.The question I am struggling to answer is how I create the opposite effect reaction to those Ishow affection love dedication sincerity and more.Iam talking about family member suddenly putting me out in the street , friends over 30years brutally dishonoring me after having occupied my home stolen my antiques trashed my personal photos or a neighbor who refused the money for my share of condominium expense and took me to court instead in the intent of getting my house for free and romantic failed relationships. These experiences paint the picture of my bewilderment of my own behavior as to what might have caused all of this negativity while I was convinced that Iwas following a positive loving path.

I used to tutor at an orphanage and these kids had a lot of problems. Some were from very abusive homes and got removed, there was all types of abuse. And others their parents just didn't want them so they had severe abandonment issues. So of course they were struggling in school coz this isn't really something you care about when there's actual trauma going on. But I also tutored this one girl that was doing exceptionally well, she got a fully paid scholarship and left to study. Then she got pregnant and the guy was abusive and then he left and she dropped out to take care of her baby. She was close to putting the baby in an orphanage so she could finish her studies. Intergenerational trauma and the cycle continues. This is the kinda stuff you can overcome, you can overcome anything. But to people that actually overcame it like Oprah, they have a completely different aura about them. They've transcended from such a low to such a high vibration that their energy inspires people just by them existing.

Have you apologized to him, forgiven yourself, and then detached from the situation?
@indigoblue778 ай бұрын
False. I spent a considerable time with a guy who made it clear he didn't want a serious relationship. Describing it as dating is an exaggeration; it was just occasional physical encounters when he was available. Despite my feelings, he was honest about not reciprocating them. I had to end it because it became too painful to engage only for physical intimacy with someone who was transparent about not sharing the same emotions. Avoid raising false expectations-it's deceitful and distasteful.

Analyze how you truly see yourself. Do you really see yourself worthy of love irrespective of the person you mentioned? I think you don't, if so, that is completely okay. Radically accept yourself, whatever you are feeling, thinking about yourself. Try to be in the now, some thoughts and fantesies are related to you past or "future", just accept them because you are accepting everything that arises within you. If you think this is not an easy task, then it is not an easy task because you believe it to be so. Drop it, you don't have to believe or disbelieve in it. If you think this is all nonsense, then it is nonsense because you believe it to be so. Simply drop it. If you are so skeptic about all of these, be skeptical about your current beliefs as well, which beliefs you have are really certain?

Hi, this is a cry for help. I’m 23 and I don’t know what to make of my life, I’ve picked up some skills like programming, photography, Arts with some other few things I do occasionally but I just drop them and feel no passion for it at all. I haven’t been productive lately and I feel miserable, I don’t have passion for anything and I just lie on my bed and feel sad all day, I’ll try to get up but I have no passion for anything else and the thoughts of Suicide has been creeping in lately..THIS IS A CRY FOR HELP I don’t know what else to do, please how to I find my purpose and passion to live PLEASE HELP

You’re only 23, so if you haven’t found your purpose yet, don’t despair, you have plenty of time. Try to spend time in nature. That will help you to feel more at peace and see things more clearly. You got this!

Why is it that we can frequently have a positive outlook on a friendship or relationship and expect the best, but then get disappointed? The imaginal act and conversation was positive, so why didn't it manifest in the outside world? Thanks for clarification.
