I love when he's miked up. He doesn't work for a company, he doesn't play for a franchise, he hangs out and goes to battle with his family. He has different hand shakes with EVERY damn player and or staff and he constantly tells all of them that he loves them. Who wouldn't be successful in a culture like that, there literally a tight family who really do seem to love each other and will fight for each other. Which is probably why he brings out the best in his teammates....well that and he's Josh "Alien" Allen #17MVP

@ minus the championship unless winning the AFC East is the ultimate goal then I guess the process worked. When Mahomes joined the Chiefs the process took 3 years to win first superbowl and has been in 3 more since with 2 additional victories. With an amazingly talented quarterback the “process” shouldn’t take long. Like I said Josh Allen wins in spite of this organization because in the big moments in the big games coaching blunders, stupid play calling or dropped passes end the season

I know there not content with that but they're definitely out performed the preseason predictions.
