So, I love Josh. He's given so many memorable performances. But this right here is an acting masterclass. Like, for real. The little reactions to himself are on-point. The parody of both celebrity and himself is hilarious. The way he gave the two versions of himself different mannerisms and demeanors is impressive. But the most mind-boggling part of this whole thing is that he basically did this on the spot, as a two-sided improve. To have so much attention to detail in what I can only presume was highly limited notice boggles the mind. 10/10. Would watch Josh interview himself again.

I like that Josh and Brolin truly gave each other the space to talk without impeding on each others answers. It’s not often that interviewers allow for their interviewees to answer questions and complete their thoughts. Just dope. I’m glad Josh asked Brolin about his career, especially his Marvel work. A classy interview from two gentlemen who happen to be kindred spirits. Such talent. Hopefully they’ll do another interview again down the road. Variety did a good job with this.
