The fact he did what he did for that monkey…..his moms monkey….how he spooned him while he passed. Tells me all I need to know about him to say he is a decent human being. I’m so impressed with his ability to not be bitter or angry with his parents and their baggage or lack of parenting skills they may have had. He’s a solid guy and my initial assumption was really wrong. I had read once then he was shooting animals on his ranch like squirrels or chipmunks. I can’t remember and I thought what a prick. I don’t know. He has a lot more depth and character, and I found him to be really interesting. What impressed me most was the story about the monkey. The fact that he admitted his mother was a raging narcissist, and yet he called himself, his mothers son. He talked so much of his mother and you could see the loyalty and love he had for her.

Great vid. Not sure how you're getting Josh Brolin to interview, but really enjoyed it. Josh was printing hard. A loose over-shirt would've done wonders.

that's his microphone. you can see the wire going under his shirt from his chest directly to his back where he probably has it in his jeans pocket

I mean he almost quit acting before he got no country, he also said before that no one liked him because he was his dad’s son, and would barely give him the time of day. You gotta remember, he pretty much had no real career after goonies, up until no country for old men, he wasn’t really in anything. So I don’t think being his dad’s son really helped that much in his case.

I've seen that and this and know what you're talking about. Can't figure out if he'd be cool in person or a total d-bag. He comes off as having both in large quantities. He strikes me as the kid of Hollywood royalty who hated it, but had no problem accepting the benefits either. I mean our cool neighbors new how to restore muscle cars and he's hanging out with Ali and Mike Tyson. Bizarre world he comes from...and trying to chart his own path and be someone other than James Brolins son. He certainly has come into his own acting and movie wise.
