Guy towards the end of the video, you mention that the problem with AI is we will lose the happy accidents like motion and cheat motion. I actually think it’s the opposite. The beauty of using AI or machine learning is you can forget everything you think you know, build in actual constraints, and let it figure out an optimal answer through brute force. It’s possible (maybe even likely) that some of the “fundamentals” that coaches use when building plays are flat out wrong. For example, look at poker in 2024 (“solver” era) vs 2004.

It's a little amusing that guy from Boston thinks a 2+5 offer would put the Patriots at the front of the line. Those kind of offers don't get you in line at all. The stories about these trade offers and the money they'd have to pay BA are good for the 49ers. It should make it clear to him no one is offering the 49ers enough to trade him and no one is willing to pay him the amount he wants.

I'm not sure if this is a compliment or the opposite. Been a 49er fan since Madden left the Raiders. I listen to a LOT of 49 commentary. All of which you likely know and (compete with for ears and eyeballs) I did a stint in live radio long ago for (almost 20 yrs) here is the part i am not sure if it's good or not...of all the live on air talent, you would be my pick to have a beer with and listen to wax on poetically about the 49ers. Seriously.. that quality(at least the appearance) is priceless. Don't forget the average joe. And always remember it's not the size of the dog in the fight, but if the dogs owner has a gun.

Why do one-man football web sites ALMOST NEVER do sufficient prep time? They just start the video without much idea of what they are going to say, and then start something, pause, stutter, restart, pause and start a new topic, pause, say "I don't know" and fail to finish what they started. Thirty minutes of prep time would solve this problem AND MAKE THEIR PRESENTATION MUCH MORE INTERESTING AND ENJOYABLE.
