I liked his walk off HR in the last home game of the season 2015. I remember how exciting those times were with that murderer row lineup the jays had, with tons of swagger. Everyone who wasn't a jays fan absolutely loathed them, but if you were a Jays fan you absolutely loved them. And the way they would be getting blown out and 1-2 innings later they've overcame a 5 run lead. That happened so many times with that 2015 offense.

Even if his time with the Brewers was very short, he still was a key piece for us during our last month of the year and actually led the Brewers in batting during the postseason. Was such a fun signing!

His run with the Blue Jays was amazing to watch in real time! When Toronto got him from Oakland I was shocked to think Toronto pulled off that deal. It was well worth the run of seeing him (especially in 2015!)

As a Cubs fan, hearing he was part of the farm system in 2008 was surprising. Trading him for Rich Harden? Worst mistake of the Cubs. Would've been a great PH / DH if we kept him behind Ramirez. Would've had him and KB at 3B while the other Pinch Hit would've been awesome. Alas, We traded him. What could've been.

This guy is who i wanted to model my game after. In 2015 I chose to play 3B as my main position after my favourite Jay. (I have switched to 1B as ive gotten older cuz the hot corner is a little hard on my reflexes but I'll never forget that span from 2015-2019 modeling my game after Donaldson)
