@@hbomb2024 I don’t think Giddy is bad on this team. It’s just AC’s impact was so huge. Off the court especially. He was the heart of the team. We are gonna miss those 120 steals and 70+blocks next season, especially when the rest of the team don’t compare defensively. Leaves a gap we could hopefully fill with a Lavine trade and hopefully Vuc. My only other problem is the history this team has developing younger talent. It’s a big undertaking trying to do all that with Giddy, Coby, Pat, Dalen, Ayo, Taylor, Sanogo at the same time. OG for Lavine I think is a great move. Helps defense. Would love Claxton more than anything.

Yeah it's just an Aussie thing. I do the same thing and I'm well-educated, and have a very nerdy IQ. Josh Giddey is highly intelligent and articulate... especially for a professional athlete. More importantly, he's a highly intelligent PLAYER, which is why I'm still very confident he'll become an All-Star. He passes his teammates open and sees things unfolding before they happen. All the Bulls fans that are pissed about losing Caruso now are going to be very happy to have Giddey instead once the season starts. NBA fans are notoriously fickle, and have extremely short memories. Before the start of this season, people in OKC were talking about Josh as a likely All-Star. He averaged: 16.6 pts, 8 rebs, 6 asst .... during his age 19 and 20 season. Those numbers are pretty fucking good for a 20 year old!!! He's still only 21.

Some Bulls fans don't realize Giddey is among 4 players with 11 triple doubles at his age. They are Magic, Luka, and Ben Simmons. He would have had more if he weren't on a team with SGA. Aussie basketball fan here; for a while I was following Joe Ingles unlikely journey as an NBA basketballer, but since Josh Giddey came into the league he's been the guy I've kept an eye on. He'll be great for the Bulls for a long, long time. An unselfish player; tall, deceptively strong, good rebounder, great passer - runs the floor really well too; he isn't super quick but he can run at a good pace for the full 48+ minutes. Of course his shot needs work; it is an issue. But it isn't Ben Simmons-bad by any means; he has ways of getting to the rim and I suspect he'll get to the stripe more next year, too. He's been playing in the NBA for 4 years and he's still 21. Lot of room for growth.

Being a fan is not just hyping a player because he joined the team… U should know and understand the game, which a lot of u “fans” who lead with emotion & rarely use logic in your arguments don’t! Alex only walks if u don’t trade him which the Bulls did , they had leverage in any trade scenario given the Demand for AC around the league & Josh Giddey ALONE who could also “walk” after this season given he is in the final yr of his contract as well is the best option? Personally, I like the trade. He's young and can play. Hopefully, they build off this and don't get stuck.

I’m looking forward to seeing the way he plays in a different kind of offense. From what I saw of him with OKC, he’s a really good player but just had skills that were redundant in their offense so they tried to make him into something he’s not which is why he struggled

It’s a good thing we get to watch him play in the olympics. A lot we can learn from that

Since we can’t trade Zach rn I’d say let them run it back til at least the trade deadline Zach and the bulls play very well with a true pg

Been saying this man. But that’s only if Zach wants to be here. I want to see effort from him aleast smh

@ramiroceniceros2633 no use him to trade him. He doesn't want to be here, but at this point he needs to build his credibility back. He will play well for us to swing interest in desperate teams looking to add firepower for a playoff run
