You were seeing Hectors Dolphins (smallest Dolphin Species) the endangered Maui Dolphin is a subspecies of the Hectors and they are only found in the north Island I think.

yep, butter, coconut cream, onion soup powder. Quick and easy,. At home we usually use coconut cream, curry paste, kaffir lime leaves, fish stock, fish sauce, lemongrass, galangal root, onions, chilli, garlic and a few vegetables. Cheers mate
