Arguably, more songs were written about Georgia than any other US state : Rainy Nights in Georgia, Georgia on my Mind, Georgia Peaches, Georgia Rose, Georgia Clay and off course Georgia Rain, just to name a few . Who agrees? God Bless Georgia.

it's funny. I've been listening to Josh for quite a few years now. Found one of his really old albums in a dollar bin and fell in love. I can't believe it didn't occur to me before this song that he's perfect for country. He rocks any genre, rock, blues, pop, country, he's just a straight up awesome songwriter.

Dad had a '81 Chevy custom diesel. 2 doors, 2-wheel-drive, bright blue primer. More for burning around in the fields hauling wood, hay, treestands, brush. Learned how to drive in that truck. Still got it today.

I grew up In Georgia. I never adapted to the southern culture nor did I developed the accent, but this song touches me in a place that I can't explain. I guess your root stick with you no matter where you go. I may bend in the military now, traveling the worrld, but my roots still stay with me.

When i was 16 i got a black 86 Chevy Shortbox pick up, exactly like the one in this video. i did indeed spend 3 summers in that truck. many friday and saterday nights were spent with my friends, next to a bond fire, with the pickup in the back ground, sitting playing guitar and drinking. this song is an anthem to my youth. he is a great talent as well. wonderful voice, fun, energentic song, i love it.

I first saw Josh Kelly when he opened for Rod Stewart at the Ford Ampitheatre in Tampa, Florida, in July, 2008. Then I saw him at The Crowbar in Ybor City in Tampa about four months later. He just made the switch to country, but he sure has done it well! Check out some of his other songs before he went Country. His brother is in Lady Antebellum! And, yes! He does have the Brad Paisley feel! I sure do envy his wife, Katherine Heigl - of Grey's Anatomy fame!
